ComplyFlow vs ISNetworld

ComplyFlow vs ISNetworld: What Each One Does Best.

ISNetworld is a network where a contractor completes its requirements once for several Hiring Clients, reviewed by ISN’s own team. ComplyFlow, Sydney-based since 2009, puts your contractors, Workers, and sites on one record. Here is where each is stronger.

Checked against both vendors’ own pages, 2, 5 and 6 October 2026

The Short Answer.

ComplyFlow runs prequalification, Workers, site access, permits, incidents, plant, and inspections on one record, with AI you set up to read a submission against your criteria. ISNetworld collects and reviews company information for its Hiring Clients through a network, with its own review team and a worker app.

In Short

Who Is Stronger, and Where.

Where ComplyFlow Is Stronger

  • Sign-in and the entry check sit on one record. ISN’s worker app page says QuickCheck shows whether a contractor employee meets the minimum criteria to come on site, and ISN describes QuickCheck reports for verification at site entry. None of the ISNetworld pages we read describes a record of who is signed in on site. ComplyFlow’s Live Access signs a Worker in by app, kiosk, or QR code, reading the Worker’s status on the same record as the contractor’s approval.
  • AI that reads the submission against your criteria. ISN’s Hazard Assistant and Toolbox Talks are AI tools built for workers. ComplyFlow’s AI agents read a submitted answer or file, a SWMS included, against criteria you write, and show their reasons to the person who approves.
  • Your own people make the call. ISN’s Review and Verification Services team reviews submitted documents against regulatory and Hiring Client requirements. In ComplyFlow you write the criteria and choose who approves, with the AI’s reasons beside the document.
  • The alarm goes where the lone Worker goes. A ComplyFlow Worker sets an expected time on site, and the supervisor is alerted on an overrun, with an Emergency button on the Worker’s own phone on request. None of the ISNetworld pages we read describes a lone-worker or duress feature.

Where ISNetworld Is Stronger

  • One submission reaches several Hiring Clients. ISN’s contractor page says a contractor completes its requirements once for several Hiring Clients, and Hiring Clients search and source from the network. ComplyFlow has no directory: contractors on it bring their own records, and one prequalification follows the contractor to every Client.
  • A review team of its own. ISN’s HSE page says its services span desktop review, qualifications, regulatory data, interviews, and on-site field observations. In ComplyFlow the AI reads first, and your reviewer, or the ComplyFlow safety team where you use that service, approves.
  • Verified records from third-party data providers. ISN’s third-party data page says data providers sync verified information into ISNetworld. ComplyFlow’s open API reads and writes your own systems’ data: staff, sites, work orders, inspections, and competencies.
  • A worker app with an ISN ID and a wallet. ISN’s worker app describes an ISN ID, a wallet for certifications and licences, training, and QuickCheck, and is available in Australia and New Zealand among other countries. ComplyFlow has the Live Access app and a Worker’s access card, with site and company inductions, training, and courses.

Where Each One Wins

The Honest Version, Both Ways.

Choose ComplyFlow When the Site Record Is the Point.

A ComplyFlow contractor is assessed with the AI assessment beside the document and your own approver deciding. The Worker signs in by app, kiosk, or QR code against that same status, and the site keeps a live list of who is on it.

  • Company assessment with the AI assessment beside the document
  • Your approver decides, with the AI’s reasons beside the document
  • Sign-in, kiosk, and QR on the same record as the approval

Choose ISNetworld When the Network Is the Point.

If your head office already runs ISNetworld, your contractors are already on it, or you want your documents reviewed by a team ISN employs, ISNetworld is built for that. Its contractor page says a contractor completes its requirements once for several Hiring Clients, and its third-party data page says data providers sync verified information into ISNetworld.

Questions

Questions People Ask About ISNetworld & ComplyFlow.

What is ISNetworld’s worker app?

ISN’s worker app is a mobile app for contractor workers. Its overview page describes an ISN ID, jobsite requirements and status, and training, and says it is available in Australia and New Zealand, among other countries. Its page for workers describes QuickCheck and a wallet for certifications and licences.

Does ISNetworld support site entry?

ISN’s announcement of 10 September 2026 describes verifying individual worker qualifications to support site access management, with QuickCheck reports for verification at site entry. Ask ISN to show the entry step on your own site: what the person at entry sees, what happens when the criteria are not met, who can override it, and how the status reaches your work-order system.

Who reviews the documents on ISNetworld?

ISN’s prequalification page says documents are reviewed by its Review and Verification Services team against regulatory and Hiring Client requirements, and its HSE page says its services span desktop review, qualifications, regulatory data, interviews, and on-site field observations. With ComplyFlow, the AI reads against your criteria and shows its reasons, and your reviewer, or the ComplyFlow safety team where you use that service, approves. Decide which you want to own.

How does ComplyFlow connect a supplier, a Worker, and a work order?

Your maintenance or work-order system reads the supplier’s compliance through the API before it releases a job: cleared, and the Worker signs in to the order; not cleared, and your system holds it with the reason on the supplier’s record. The status is the same wherever it is read, and a Worker who is not cleared for the location will not be able to sign in until it is resolved, unless the site is set to allow Sign in Anyway, which notifies the client. The Inspection app records the work, and the open API reads and writes work orders and inspections.

Does ISNetworld use AI?

Yes. ISN’s Hazard Assistant announcement describes AI photo analysis designed to support human judgment, and its worker app carries Toolbox Talks, AI-generated talking points and safety tips. ComplyFlow’s AI does a different job: it reads a submitted answer or file, such as a SWMS, against your criteria and shows its reasons to the person who approves. Ask what job you want AI to do, and which vendor’s AI does it.

Is ISNetworld certified for information security?

ISN’s trust page lists ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 as certified, with Australian and New Zealand privacy policies. ComplyFlow is certified to ISO 27001, is AWS Qualified Software since 2023, and is not SOC 2. If your own policy names SOC 2, ask each vendor which attestation covers what.

Is ISNetworld used in Australia?

ISN’s global operations page lists its headquarters in Dallas and offices in Sydney, Perth, and Auckland. ComplyFlow is Sydney-based, since 2009. Read 5 October 2026.

Can we run both?

You can. One shape is ISNetworld handling the contractors your head office already runs through its network, with ComplyFlow carrying site access, permits, incidents, plant, and inspections at your sites. It is still two records for one contractor; ComplyFlow’s REST API and MCP access exist partly to make that cost smaller. Whatever you run, ask what happens between the systems: whether a work order can see the supplier’s status, and whether the gate checks it again when the Worker arrives.
