Your Reviewer Reads the Score, Not the 40 Pages.

An AI Agent is a reviewer you configure in AI Tools and attach to one form type and the questions on it that take text or a file. When someone answers, they run AI Review and get a score out of 100, a Pass, Partial, or Fail per criterion, and what would fix each gap. Your reviewer decides.

Criteria drafted, then yours. The wizard suggests criteria for the document type; you keep, modify, weight, or add your own.
Tested before it is live. Run the agent against a real sample document and see the actual result. Two free previews per test.
Assesses, never decides. It does not replace your review and does not block submission. A person approves or rejects.

In 10 to 60 seconds they see a score out of 100, each criterion marked Pass, Partial, or Fail with feedback, and a list of what would improve it. They can revise and run it again, up to 3 reviews per question, then submit.

Does the agent approve or reject the submission?

No. It scores the answer against your criteria and explains each result. It does not replace your review and does not block submission. Your reviewer sees the assessment beside the form and decides.

What do I need to build one?

The AI Tools module enabled for your organisation, and a Staff role with organisation read and write permission. Then AI Tools, Add Agent. Use a pre-built agent or build your own, choose the form type and the questions, and save.

Which questions can an agent review?

Text, text area, and file upload questions on any form or permit type. One agent is specific to one form type, and several agents can sit on the same question.

Where do the criteria come from?

When you build your own agent, the product drafts criteria for the document type you choose. You keep, modify, or weight them, and add criteria in your own words. Anyone answering the question can open Display Criteria and see them before they run a review.

How many times can someone run a review?

Three per question per form. Each takes 10 to 60 seconds. Running it again on an unchanged answer may return the previous result without using a review.

What does it cost?
