Talk to Someone Who Has Set This Up Before.

Whether you are comparing systems, already a customer, or a contractor stuck on a document, there is a person at the other end of this page. Pick the door that fits and you will reach them first time.

Pick Your Door

Three Reasons People Get in Touch. Three Doors.

Say which one you are and you will reach the right person first time.

Talk to Us About Your Sites.

A working conversation with someone who has set ComplyFlow up for portfolios, plants, and sites like yours. Your contractors, your requirements, your questions.

  • Contractor or supplier

Stuck on Your Profile or a Document.

If a Client of yours runs ComplyFlow, the supplier guides walk through registering, adding Workers, and uploading documents. Support is the same team.

  • Already a customer

    Get Help With Your Account.

Support has its own page: the Help Centre guides, and a support request that goes straight to the support team, not to sales.

ComplyFlow Is Already Trusted.

Property, transport, resources, manufacturing, government, and more. The same team that set these up answers this page.

Send a Message

Tell Us What You Are Dealing With.

A short form, read by a person. Say what you run, roughly how many contractors and sites, and what is not working. You get a reply from someone who can answer, and if a demo is the right next step we will offer one.

  • Which of your requirements ComplyFlow checks, and how
  • What your contractors will see, and what they pay
  • A straight answer on rollout for your number of sites

Questions

Questions People Ask Before They Get in Touch.

Who reads my message?

A ComplyFlow team member who can actually answer it. The message form on this page goes to sales; customers who need help use the support page, which goes to the support team at support@complyflow.com.au. Both are ComplyFlow staff, and you get a reply from a named person.

I am a contractor and my Client uses ComplyFlow. Who do I contact?

Start with the supplier and contractor guides in the Help Centre, which cover registering, adding your Workers, and uploading documents with screenshots. If you are still stuck, send a request from the support page with your company name and the Client you are working for. Your Client sets the requirements; we can help you meet them.

Can we see ComplyFlow with our own contractors and sites?

Yes, and that is the demo we prefer to give. Tell us your industry, how many sites and contractors you have, and the requirements you check, and we will show the product working on that rather than on slides.

What happens to what I type into the form?

The message form is HubSpot’s, which is the CRM ComplyFlow runs; the support page’s form emails the support team directly. Either way, what you enter goes to the ComplyFlow team and nowhere else. How we hold personal information is set out in the privacy policy, and the company is ISO 27001 certified for information security.
