The Gaps Named Before Your Reviewer Opens It.

The Standard prequalification form collects a Supplier’s insurances and certifications and reviews their safety documents as they submit: the safety management system against 24 criteria in six areas, the WHS policy against four, and a SWMS against the high-risk work declared. The Supplier sees the gaps first. Then a person reviews every response.

  • Set criteria, shown before they answer. The six areas run from risk management procedure to psychosocial management. The Supplier can see what is being looked for.
  • One document or typed answers. Option A, upload the safety management system for one review; Option B, answer each area and have each reviewed.

Questions People Ask About AI Prequalification.

Does the AI approve the Supplier?

No. Once submitted, a person reviews all responses. The AI reviews the safety documents against the criteria as the Supplier completes the form and names the gaps; your reviewer, or the ComplyFlow safety team where you use that service, decides.

What does it review, and against what?

The safety management system against 24 criteria across six areas: risk management procedure, communication and consultation, contractor management, incidents and corrective actions, Worker training and competency, and psychosocial management. The WHS policy against four criteria. A SWMS against the high-risk work categories the Supplier declared, from a list of 18.

Is everything on the form AI-reviewed?

No. The insurances, the other certifications, and the ten modern slavery questions are collected for your visibility and become requirements where they carry an expiry; they are not scored. Only the safety documents and written safety answers are reviewed.

Can we use our own criteria or questions?

Yes. The Standard form is the starting point. To review a question of your own against your own criteria, put an AI agent you build on it.

Who pays for it?

Where a Client asks a Supplier for an AI-reviewed prequalification, the Supplier pays AU$100 a year. Who covers a Worker licence or a prequalification is a setting on the account, so a Client can absorb it or pass it on. The pricing page has every figure.

What if a Supplier already holds another scheme’s certificate?

A Client can choose to accept a CM3, Avetta, ISO 45001, or AS/NZS 4801 certificate in place of its prequalification questionnaire. Each Client decides for itself.
