For Insurance Brokers

You Place the Cover. We Prove It Is Current.

Your clients send certificates of currency to every principal they work for. ComplyFlow reads each one against the principal’s requirement, records the expiry, and flags it the day cover lapses.

An insurance broker and the owner of a small electrical contracting business go through a certificate of currency on a laptop at the contractor’s office desk, a ute visible through the window ISO 27001 since 2019. Hosted on AWS in Australia. Insurance tracked to expiry.

How It Works

From the Certificate to the Approved Supplier.

Three places the certificate shows: the upload, the review, and the supplier list the principal works from.

Uploaded Once, Read on Arrival.

A contractor uploads the certificate of currency. Before it reaches the approver, where the principal turns it on, the AI has read it against their criteria and pulled the expiry off the page.

  • JPEG, PNG, or PDF
  • Read against the principal’s criteria
  • Expiry pulled off the page

A Person Approves It.

The approver sees the certificate, the requirement, and the AI’s assessment together, and approves, asks for more, or rejects with the reasons. Insurances route to the approver named for that risk level.

  • The approver decides
  • Reasons recorded
  • Routed by risk level

The Status Turns the Day It Lapses.

Insurances are tracked to expiry on the supplier’s record. When cover lapses, the supplier’s status changes that day, and the principal can ask which suppliers have insurance expiring this quarter.

  • Tracked to expiry
  • Status turns on the day
  • Expiring cover visible ahead of time

How to Start

From First Call to Your Clients on the Record.

Every step is with a person on the ComplyFlow team, and nothing reaches a client until both of us have agreed it.

  1. 1 A 20-minute call

The contractors you insure, the principals they answer to, and how certificates travel today.

  2. 2 We map the fit

Which principals already run ComplyFlow, and what your clients would see on their supplier account.

  3. 3 Agreed in writing

What each side does, and how we work together, before anything goes to a client.

  4. 4 One story, together

A plain guide for your contractor clients on uploading once and keeping cover current.

Questions

Questions Insurance Brokers Ask First.

Does ComplyFlow give insurance advice?

No. ComplyFlow checks that a certificate meets the requirement a principal has set, and tracks it to expiry. The cover, and the advice on it, stay with you.

Who decides whether a certificate is accepted?

A person. Where the principal turns on AI review, the AI reads the certificate against their criteria first, and the approver decides with that assessment in front of them.

What does a contractor upload?

The certificate of currency, as a JPEG, PNG, or PDF, on their supplier account. The certificate of currency guide explains what principals look for.

Does a contractor need a new account for every principal?

No. One supplier account serves every ComplyFlow client they work for, as the prequalification page sets out.

Where is the data hosted?

Data is hosted on AWS in Australia. ComplyFlow has held ISO 27001 since 2019, and the security page sets out the rest.
