For ComplyFlow Customers

A Peer Asks How You Run Contractors. Point Them Our Way.

You already run your contractors on ComplyFlow. When someone in your network asks how, we would be grateful for the introduction, and a person on our team takes it from there.

A university facilities manager and a council WHS manager talk over coffee at a street cafe near a university campus ISO 27001 since 2019. Sydney-based since 2009. Hosted in Australia.

How an Introduction Works

The Best Introduction Is the Record Itself.

Two things that make an introduction easy: what you can show a peer today, and what they may find already waiting for them.

Show Them What You See.

The simplest introduction is your own record: open it and show a peer how you answer who is on site, which documents expire this month, and which suppliers are approved.

  • Your own record, in your own words
  • Nothing to prepare
  • We take it from there

Their Contractors May Already Be on It.

Contractors keep one profile for every Client on ComplyFlow. If your peer engages some of the contractors you do, those contractors may already have a profile, and they connect to the new Client with the code it gives them.

  • One profile per contractor
  • Documents kept current by the contractor
  • A new Client connects with its own code

How to Introduce a Peer

Four Steps, and Only the First Is Yours.

Every step after the introduction is with a person on the ComplyFlow team.

  1. 1 Tell us who

Their name, their organisation, and a line on what they asked you. Check with them first.

  2. 2 We get in touch

A person on our team contacts them and listens before showing anything.

  3. 3 They see it working

A demo shaped to their contractors, their sites, and their questions.

  4. 4 Our thanks

Whatever your peer decides, thank you for the introduction.

Introduce a Peer

Tell Us Who to Talk To.

A short form, read by a person on our team. Say who you are, who your peer is, and what they asked you. Please check with them before you send their details.

  • A person on our team contacts your peer
  • Your name is used only if you say so
  • Your peer decides for themselves

Introduce a Peer

Start the message box with 'Introduction', then your peer’s name and organisation.

Send Message

The form loads from HubSpot. If it does not appear, the button takes you to the contact page.

Questions

Questions Customers Ask First.

Do I have to sell anything?

No. An introduction is all we ask. A person on our team does the follow-up, and your peer decides for themselves.

Will you tell my peer that I introduced them?

Only if you are happy for us to. Say so in the message, and check with your peer before you send their details.

What do I get for an introduction?

Our thanks, and a peer who gets a straight answer. The partner program is being set up now, and if that changes for customers we will tell you first.

I need help with my own account, not a partner page.

The Support page reaches the team that looks after your account, and the Help Centre has the guides.

A person on our team follows up, your peer gets a straight answer, and you have our thanks.
