Partner Program

Your Clients Run Contractors. Help Them Prove It.

Safety and WHS consultants, software companies, peak bodies and associations, IWMS specialists, and customers who recommend us. Each works with ComplyFlow differently. Find yours below.

Five Kinds of Partner

Find Yours. See What Is in It for You.

Named the way you describe yourselves, not the way a vendor files you. Each kind of partner gets something different from working with us, and we ask something different in return.

First Priority

Safety & WHS Consultants

WHS, HSEQ, and safety consultancies, and the property and FM consultants who advise portfolios

You already manage contractors for your clients. ComplyFlow gives that work one record you configure to their procedures, and you share in the revenue for as long as they stay.

What is in it for you

  • A system for the contractor work you already sell
  • Our team on demos, scoping, and the security questionnaire
  • A share of the revenue, agreed in writing first
  • Your name on this page, once you say yes

What we would ask

Introductions, and setting ComplyFlow up to your client’s procedures.

Your clients in Construction, Property & FM, Transport & Logistics, and Manufacturing each have a page in their own language.

For Safety & WHS Consultants
  • Software Companies

Property and FM software, ERP, key management, ID and access, permit software, reporting, and the products beside them

We built and maintain a connector to your system, so your customers see which contractors and Workers are verified. Let’s tell them together.

What is in it for you

    • A connection your customers use, built and maintained by us
    • A joint piece for the customers you share

    What we would ask

A place where your customers look for connected systems, and introductions.

    The Systems We Connect To
  • Peak Bodies & Associations

National associations and peak industry bodies whose members manage contractors

Your members manage contractors under the same duties. We would like to bring them useful content and a speaker, as a corporate member or on whatever terms suit you.

What is in it for you

    • Content and a speaker for your members
    • Practical material on contractor duties, in their language

    What we would ask

Member reach and events, on your terms.

    Read What We Publish
  • IWMS Specialists

The firms that implement and support workplace and facilities software for their clients

Your clients run the work order in their IWMS. ComplyFlow keeps the verified record of the supplier and the Worker. Our open API and MCP server are how the two meet.

What is in it for you

    • A verified contractor and Worker record beside the work you deliver
    • Material adapted to your market

    What we would ask

    Introductions to your clients.

The Open API & MCP Server
  • Customers Who Recommend Us

Teams already running their contractors on ComplyFlow

If a peer asks how you run contractors, we would be grateful for the introduction.

What is in it for you

    • Our thanks, and a peer who gets a straight answer

    What we would ask

    An introduction to a peer.

When You Introduce a Client

One Client. Paid Every Year They Stay.

A ComplyFlow account is not a one-off fee you earn once. You take a share every year the Client stays on the platform, and compliance records are not things a business moves lightly. Open three accounts and the third year is paying you for all three.

  • It recurs. A share for the life of the account, not a one-off fee.
  • It accumulates. Last year’s accounts keep paying while you open this year’s.
  • It is agreed first. What you earn, and on what, in writing before you sell.
Three Clients, opened one a year

First Client Second Third

Illustrative. Each block is one Client’s annual share, and the rate is agreed with you in writing before you sell.

Already Doing It

Two of the Companies Working With Us.

One is a safety consultancy that sets ComplyFlow up for the clients whose safety programs it already runs. One makes software for the same safety leads. Both are the shape this page is looking for.

  • Risk Factors Australia

    Safety & WHS consultants

A Sydney health and safety consultancy, working across construction, property, finance, and manufacturing since 2011. WHS management systems, risk management, and occupational hygiene: the kind of practice whose configuration of ComplyFlow is the client’s safety system.

  • Skodel

    Software company: psychosocial risk assessments

Psychosocial risk assessment and prevention planning, built so the output stands up to a regulator. Psychosocial hazards are a WHS duty like any other, and the people they apply to are the same Workers and contractors already on the ComplyFlow record.

Other partners are not named here yet. A name goes on this page when the company has said yes to it, not before.

How to Start

Four Steps, and a Person at Every One.

No form that disappears. The first conversation is with the people setting the partner program up.

  1. 1 Tell us about your business

Who you serve, what you sell them today, and where contractors already come up in your work.

  2. 2 We map the fit

Which of your Clients ComplyFlow suits, which lane you would work in, and what a first engagement looks like.

  3. 3 Terms in writing

What you earn and on what, agreed before you take ComplyFlow to a Client. Nothing is worked out after the fact.

  4. 4 Your first deal, together

We join the demo and the scoping, answer the security questionnaire, and hand you what you need to do it again on your own.

Three Ways In

Implement It, Connect to It, or Build on It.

Three lanes. Most partners start in one and end up in two.

Implement

  • Safety and WHS consultants

Set ComplyFlow up for the clients whose programs you already run; the digital twin of their procedures is your configuration.

    • Consultants
  • Property and FM consultants

Portfolios of buildings and hundreds of trades, one standard, one record.

    • Portfolio
  • IWMS specialists

The verified supplier and Worker beside the work order your clients already run.

    • API
    • MCP

Connect

Build

Where a page on this site documents an item, its name links to it. The REST API opens the Help Centre.

How It Fits

Where a Partner’s System Meets the Record.

Three screens that show the join: the work order gated on compliance, the token that lets a system in, and the assistant asking the record a question.

The Work Order Waits for the Record.

A partner’s asset or work-order system raises the job; ComplyFlow answers whether the supplier and the Workers sent to do it are cleared. Not cleared, the job waits, and the reason is on both records.

  • Supplier compliance by ABN
  • Worker status at the gate
  • One answer, two systems

A Token Scoped to Exactly What You Need.

Every connection outside the product runs on a scoped, expiring token. Read-only where your system only reports on the record, or read and write where it manages the account as well. Your system gets the fields you agreed and nothing else, and the record logs every call.

  • Read-only, or read and write
  • Scoped to the fields you agreed
  • Expiring, revocable, every call logged

An Assistant Asks the Record.

Through the MCP server, an AI assistant your Client already uses can ask who is on site, which inspections are overdue, or which suppliers lapse this month, and get the answer from the record rather than from a spreadsheet export. With a write scope, it can act on the answer as well.

  • ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
  • Scoped to what you allow
  • Answers with the source shown

Become a Partner

Tell Us Who You Are and Who You Serve.

A short form, read by a person on the team setting the partner program up. Start the message with the kind of partner you are, and say who your clients or members are.

  • Whether ComplyFlow fits the people you serve
  • What working together looks like for your kind of partner
  • Terms in writing before anything is sold

Questions

Questions Partners Ask First.

What is in it for a partner?

It depends on the kind of partner you are. A partner who introduces a Client shares in the revenue for as long as that Client stays, agreed in writing first. A software company gets a connection its customers use. A peak body gets content and a speaker for its members. Every partner gets our team beside them.

What kinds of partner does ComplyFlow work with?

Five. Safety and WHS consultants, including property and FM consultants. Software companies, each in its own category. Peak bodies and associations. IWMS specialists. And customers who recommend us to a peer. Developers can build on the open API and the MCP server too.

Is there a published partner program with tiers and rates?

Not yet. The program is being set up now, which is the honest answer and also the reason to come in early: the partners who start these conversations help shape what it becomes. Terms are agreed in writing with each partner before anything is sold.

Do we keep the Client relationship?

Yes. ComplyFlow sits under the service you already sell. You configure it to your Clients’ standards, your name stays on the program of work, and the Client’s record stays with the Client.

How does an integration with ComplyFlow work?

Twelve systems connect natively today, built and maintained by ComplyFlow, and everything else connects through the REST API and the MCP server, with scoped, expiring tokens. Read-only where your system only reports on the record, or read and write where it manages the account as well. The integrations page lists every connector.

Tell us about your business. We will show you where ComplyFlow fits.

A conversation with the people setting the partner program up, not a form that goes nowhere. Whether you would implement ComplyFlow, connect to it, or build on it, this is where it starts.
