Comparisons With a Date on Them and the Other Side Argued.

Most comparison pages are written by the winner and never checked again. These are read off each vendor’s own live website on a stated date, they say where the other product is stronger, and they carry no figure that vendor does not publish themselves.

How These Comparisons Are Written.

ComplyFlow compares itself to Cm3 and Rapid Global by reading each vendor’s own live website on a stated date. Each page names where the other product is stronger, repeats no competitor statistic, and quotes no competitor price unless that vendor publishes it themselves.

  • Capabilities, not adjectives. Every row of every table is something a vendor’s own site either describes or does not describe.
  • The date is printed on the page. A comparison with no date cannot be checked and cannot be corrected, and it will be wrong within a quarter.
  • Where they are ahead, we say so. Rapid Global goes further into access control hardware than we do. That is on their page, in the first section.
  • No competitor statistics, ever. We do not repeat another vendor’s own performance figures, whether they flatter them or not.

The Comparisons

Two Platforms, Compared Properly.

More are coming, in the order they actually appear in Australian deals.

The Comparisons

  • ComplyFlow vs Avetta

Avetta is stronger on the supplier network, certified audits, and installed gate hardware. ComplyFlow keeps permits, incidents, and plant on one record and publishes its Worker licence and prequalification prices.

    • Checked 28 September to 1 October 2026
  • ComplyFlow vs Rapid Global

Rapid Global goes further into physical access control hardware. ComplyFlow carries plant and equipment as its own module and publishes its Worker licence and prequalification prices.

    • Checked 29 September to 1 October 2026
  • ComplyFlow vs Cm3

Cm3’s own Assessors judge the evidence for you. With ComplyFlow your people make the call, on one record that adds the incidents, plant, and inspections Cm3’s catalogue does not name.

    • Checked 29 September 2026

Who They Are

    • In their own terms
  • Rapid Global

An Adelaide-based platform bundling contractor management, inductions, access, permits, incidents, and audits under one login. The closest product shape to ComplyFlow in Australia.

Questions

Questions About These Comparisons.

How do you decide what goes in these comparisons?

Every capability is read off the other vendor’s own live website on a stated date, and the date is printed on the page. We do not repeat a competitor’s own performance statistics, we do not quote a competitor price unless that competitor publishes it, and we say where the other product is stronger. A comparison page that finds nothing good to say about the alternative is not a comparison, it is an advertisement.

Why are there only two?

Because the honest ones take real work and the shortcuts are worthless. Each page here required reading a vendor’s whole product catalogue and checking claims that turned out to be wrong in both directions, including two of our own. More are coming, in the order of how often they actually appear in Australian deals.

Do you compare on price?

Only where the other vendor publishes one. Cm3 publishes no dollar figure and Rapid Global publishes no price list, so there is no like-for-like number to put beside ours. The ComplyFlow prices the comparison pages quote are its published ones: AU$35 a year* per Worker, valid with every Client, and AU$100 a year per company for an AI-reviewed prequalification. Platform pricing is a conversation with us.

What if a comparison is out of date?

Tell us and we will fix it. Every page prints the date it was checked, which is the point: a comparison with no date on it cannot be trusted and cannot be corrected. Software moves, and two of the corrections on these pages came from finding our own earlier claims had gone stale.
