For System Integrators

You Join the Platforms. We Verify Who Does the Work.

You implement and join up IWMS, ERP, maintenance, and HR platforms for your clients. ComplyFlow is the verified record of the supplier and the Worker beside them, joined through our open REST API and MCP server.

A workplace management consultant points to a coloured zone on a floor plan displayed on a wall screen while a client’s workplace manager considers it, in an open-plan office ISO 27001 since 2019. Hosted on AWS in Australia. Open API and MCP.

How It Fits Beside Your Platforms

Where the Work Order Meets the Record.

Three places the join shows: the job the client’s platform raises, the crew back of house, and the assistant your client already uses.

The Work Order Meets the Record.

The client’s IWMS, ERP, or maintenance system raises the job and sends it to the record through the API. ComplyFlow answers whether the supplier is cleared, and the client’s system decides whether to release it.

  • Work orders sent to the record
  • Supplier status read through the API
  • The decision stays in the client’s system

Back of House, the Answer Is Already There.

When a cleaning or maintenance crew arrives for the job, their inductions, licences, and sign-in are on the same record the work order reads.

  • Sign-in and inductions on one record
  • Licences checked against the Worker
  • Where the site is set up that way, access follows status

Your Client’s Assistant Asks the Record.

Through the MCP server, the assistant your client already uses can ask which suppliers lapse this month or who is on site, and answer from the record.

  • ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot
  • Scoped to what the client allows
  • The source shown with the answer

How to Start

From First Call to Your First Client.

Every step is with a person on the ComplyFlow team, and nothing is sold until the terms are in writing.

  1. 1 A 20-minute call

The platforms you implement, the clients you support, and where contractor records live today.

  2. 2 We map the join

Which records the client’s platforms should read from ComplyFlow, and how the API or the MCP server carries them.

  3. 3 Terms in writing

What each side does, and for IWMS specialists the revenue share, agreed before you introduce anyone. Nothing is worked out after the fact.

  4. 4 Your first client, together

We join the demo and the scoping and answer the security questionnaire. You keep the platform work.

Tell Us About Your Practice.

A short form, read by a person on the team setting the partner program up. Say which platforms you implement, where your clients are, and how they handle contractors today.

  • Whether ComplyFlow fits the clients you support
  • How the record would meet their platforms
  • For IWMS specialists, how the revenue share works

Questions

Questions System Integrators Ask First.

Is there a native connector to the platform we implement?

Only if it is listed as a native connector on the integrations page. If it is not, the open REST API and the MCP server are how the two connect, and we will not call that a connector.

Who does the integration work?

Your team, or the client’s, connects the platform to ComplyFlow’s documented endpoints, set out in the API documentation. Our team answers the technical and security questions along the way.

We are IWMS specialists. Is this page for us?

Yes. If you implement and support workplace and facilities software for your clients, ComplyFlow keeps the verified record of the supplier and the Worker beside the work order that software raises.

Do we keep the client relationship?

Yes. You keep implementing and supporting the platforms you deliver. ComplyFlow sits beside them, and the client’s record stays with the client.

Where is the data hosted?

Data is hosted on AWS in Australia. ComplyFlow has held ISO 27001 since 2019, and the security page sets out the rest.
