What One Licence per Worker Means.

ComplyFlow charges one licence per Worker, not one per Client relationship. A licence is AU$35 a year* and covers that Worker with every Client on ComplyFlow they are assigned to. A Worker assigned to five Clients needs one licence, not five.

  • The cost follows the Worker, not the contract. Adding a sixth Client does not add a sixth licence for a Worker who already holds one.
  • Registering is free. Setting up the company, adding Workers, and holding documents costs nothing. A licence applies when a Worker is put on a Client’s site.
  • One price per Worker. AU$35 a year* per Worker, valid with every Client they work for.
  • The documents travel too. Global Documents and shared Workers mean the licence carries an approved record, not an empty profile.

Follow a single electrician across a year.

The Worker Is Set Up Once, by Their Own Employer.

The contracting business registers free, adds the electrician, and uploads their tickets. Nothing has been charged yet. The profile, the documents, and the expiry dates all exist before any Client is involved.

The electrician is assigned to a Client and a site. That is the point the AU$35 licence* applies, for the year. Their approved Global Documents are already there, so the Client is not asking for a certificate that was approved in March.

What does a Worker licence cost?

What do I pay to register?

Nothing. Registering the company, adding Workers, and holding their documents is free. The AU$35 licence* applies to each Worker put on a Client’s site.

If a Worker works for five Clients, is that five licences?

No, and that is the whole point of this page. One licence per Worker covers every Client on ComplyFlow they are assigned to. Winning a second Client costs nothing further for a Worker who already holds a licence.

Is there a free option?

Registering as a contractor is free: setting up the company, adding Workers, and holding documents costs nothing. A Client can open a free Starter account; what a Client pays beyond that is a conversation with us rather than a price list.

What if a Worker leaves?

Deactivate them. Their requirements, alerts, and site access stop, and you are not carrying a licence for somebody who no longer works for you.

What is the AU$100 prequalification fee?

It is the standard company prequalification with AI review of the answers and attached files, where a Client asks for one. It is AU$100 a year and is separate from the per-Worker licence.
