For Software Companies

Your Customers Raise the Work. We Hold the Verified Record.

Your software runs the job. ComplyFlow knows which contractors and Workers are verified to do it. Where we have built a connector, the two already talk. Where we have not, our REST API and MCP server are how they meet.

A software implementation specialist and a building security supervisor configure a wall-mounted electronic key cabinet in a commercial tower’s security office, with CCTV monitors and an open laptop beside them ISO 27001 since 2019. Sydney-based since 2009. Hosted in Australia.

How the Two Systems Meet

Your Job, Our Answer, on Both Screens.

Three places your customers see the join: the job your system raises, the technician on site, and the assistant they already use.

Your System Raises the Job. We Answer Who Can Do It.

Work orders reach the record through the API. ComplyFlow answers whether the supplier is cleared, and your system decides whether to release the job. The reason sits on both records.

  • Supplier status read through the API
  • The decision stays in your system
  • Nobody checks a second screen

On Site, the Technician Is Already Checked.

When a technician arrives for the job your system raised, their sign-in, inductions, and licences are on the same record, checked against the Worker rather than the company.

  • Sign-in on one record
  • Inductions and licences checked against the Worker
  • Where the site is set up that way, access follows status
An HVAC technician checks in on a wall tablet beside a goods lift while the building’s facilities coordinator holds up a work order on her own tablet

Their Assistant Asks the Record.

Through the MCP server, the assistant your customer already uses can ask which suppliers lapse this month or who is on site, and answer from the record, not a spreadsheet export.

  • ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot
  • Scoped to what the customer allows

How to Start

From First Call to a Story Your Customers Read.

Every step is with a person on the ComplyFlow team, and nothing reaches a customer until both of us have agreed it.

  1. 1 A 20-minute call

Your product, your customers, and where contractors and Workers already show up in your data.

  2. 2 We map the join

A native connector if one is listed, otherwise the REST API or the MCP server, and what your customers would see.

  3. 3 Agreed in writing

What each side does, and how we work together, before anything goes to a customer.

  4. 4 One story, together

A joint piece for the customers you share, approved by both of us before it goes out.

Tell Us About Your Product.

A short form, read by a person on the team setting the partner program up. Say what your product does, who your customers are, and whether ComplyFlow already connects to it.

  • Whether a connector, the REST API, or the MCP server fits
  • What a joint piece for your customers could look like
  • Who on our team you would work with

Questions

Questions Software Companies Ask First.

Is our system already connected to ComplyFlow?

If it is listed as a native connector on the integrations page, yes: ComplyFlow built that connection and maintains it. If it is not, the REST API and the MCP server are how the two connect today, and we say so plainly rather than call it a connector.

Who builds and maintains a native connector?

ComplyFlow does. Each one is configured for the customer’s own tenancy, so your team does not build it or support it.

Can our developers build on the REST API?

Yes. The API documentation is in the Help Centre: JWT sign-in, a test environment, and one endpoint per module. What the API is for, and what it is not, is on the fair use page.

What does the MCP server do for our customers?

It lets the AI assistant a customer already uses, whether ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot, ask the ComplyFlow record a question, on a token scoped to what the customer allows.

Our software sits beside yours, not connected to it.

Then the story is the customer you both serve. Tell us who they are and what your product does for them, and we will look for the piece that helps them most.

Your Customers Run the Job. We Hold the Record. Let’s Show Them Both.

The partner program is being set up now, and the software companies in these conversations help shape it. The API documentation shows how the two systems meet before you talk to us.
