For Security & Access Integrators

You Install the Gate. We Tell It Who Is Cleared.

You design, install, and maintain access control, CCTV, and key management for your clients’ sites. ComplyFlow holds whether each Worker’s induction, licences, and insurance are current, so the system you install reads one verified answer.

A security integration technician on a stepladder fits a card reader beside a glass entry door in a hospital service corridor while the facilities manager holds the floor plan ISO 27001 since 2019. Hosted on AWS in Australia. Native access and key connectors.

How It Fits on the Sites You Install

Your System at the Door. The Record Behind It.

Three places your client sees the join: the scan, the Worker’s record, and the live list of who is inside.

The Scan Checks the Record.

At the scan, the Worker’s induction, licences, insurance, and permit are read against their record, and anyone short is flagged on the spot. Where the site is set up that way, the access system you installed acts on it.

  • Read at the scan
  • Flagged on the spot and on the live list
  • Where the site is set up that way, access follows status

The Worker, Not the Company.

Each Worker carries their own inductions, tickets, and insurances, checked against the client’s requirements. A badge issued to a company tells you nothing about the person holding it today.

  • Inductions and tickets per Worker
  • Expiries tracked
  • One record across every site

Who Is Inside, Right Now.

Everyone signed in across every site, with the company they work for, the category they hold, and whether the gate cleared them. Filter to one site, message everyone inside, export the list.

  • Live list by site
  • Company, category, and status
  • Message everyone inside

How to Start

From First Call to a Site That Reads the Record.

Every step is with a person on the ComplyFlow team, and nothing reaches a client until the terms are in writing.

  1. 1 A 20-minute call

The access systems you install, the clients you look after, and how contractors get a badge today.

  2. 2 We map the join

A native connector if the system has one, otherwise the REST API, and what the client’s gate would read.

  3. 3 Terms in writing

What each side does for the client, and how we work together, agreed before anything is sold.

  4. 4 Your first site, together

We join the scoping and answer the security questionnaire. You keep the installation and the support.

Tell Us About Your Business.

A short form, read by a person on the team setting the partner program up. Say which access systems you install, which sites you look after, and how contractors are badged today.

  • Whether a connector or the REST API fits the systems you install
  • What the client’s gate would read
  • Who on our team you would work with

Questions

Questions Security Integrators Ask First.

Does ComplyFlow replace the access control system?

No. Physical barriers are not part of the product. The access system you install stays, and ComplyFlow is the record it reads to know whether the Worker is cleared.

Which access systems connect today?

KeyWatcher Australia, Unicard, and Torus connect natively, listed on the integrations page. Other systems read Worker compliance and the sign-in book through the REST API, and we will not call that a connector.

Who does the integration work for other systems?

Your team, against the documented endpoints and the test environment in the API documentation. Our team answers the technical and security questions along the way.

Do we keep the client relationship?

Yes. You keep the installation, the maintenance, and the support. ComplyFlow sits behind the door, and the client’s record stays with the client.

Where is the data hosted?

Data is hosted on AWS in Australia. ComplyFlow has held ISO 27001 since 2019, and the security page sets out the rest.

The Door Is Yours. The Verified Record Is Ours.
