Questions
Questions About Getting Support.
Who answers a support request?
The ComplyFlow support team. The form goes to support@complyflow.com.au, not to sales, and a person reads it and replies to you by email.
I am a contractor and my Client uses ComplyFlow. Can I use this form?
Yes. Put your company name and the Client you work for in the request, so support can find your profile straight away. Your Client sets the requirements; we can help you meet them. The supplier and contractor guides in the Help Centre cover registering, adding your Workers, and uploading documents, with screenshots.
What should I put in the request?
Your organisation, and the Client you work for if you are a contractor; what you were trying to do and what happened instead; and a screenshot if you have one. That is usually enough to fix it in one reply rather than three.
Can I attach a file?
Yes. A PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, PDF, or Word file under 10MB. A screenshot of the screen you are stuck on is the most useful thing you can send.
I am not a customer yet. Who do I talk to?
The contact page, which goes to the team who sets ComplyFlow up, or book a demo and see it working on your own contractors and sites.
