Sharing Workers

Win a New Client. Do Not Start Again.

A contractor who wins a fifth Client should not be re-entering the same five electricians, re-uploading the same five sets of tickets, and re-explaining the same expiry dates. Assign the Worker to the new Client and the record goes with them.

What Sharing a Worker Means.

Sharing a Worker means assigning an existing Worker on your ComplyFlow account to an additional Client. Their profile, approved documents, and qualifications go with them, so the new Client sees a record rather than an empty profile, and the contractor does not rebuild the same Worker for each business they serve.

  • Registering the company is free. Setting up, adding Workers, and holding their documents costs nothing before any Client is involved.
  • The record travels, not just the name. Approved Global Documents, tickets, and qualifications are already there when the new Client asks for them.
  • One licence covers every Client. AU$35 a year per Worker*, valid with every Client on ComplyFlow, rather than once per relationship.
  • Shared only where there is a relationship. A Worker reaches a Client only when an admin assigns them and that Client has asked for what they hold.

How It Works

One Electrician, Five Clients, One Record.

Three screens from the contractor’s side of the account.

Build the Record Before Anyone Asks For It.

The contracting business registers free, adds its Workers, and uploads their tickets and qualifications with the expiry dates. None of this costs anything and none of it requires a Client to have invited you. The record exists because it is your record.

  • Free to register and to hold documents
  • Bulk upload the crew in one action
  • Expiry dates captured as you go

Assign Them, and the Record Arrives With Them.

A new Client engages you and asks for electrical licences and a white card. Assign the Worker to that Client and what they already hold is already there. What the new Client asks for and the Worker does not hold shows as outstanding, which is the only thing anybody has to act on.

  • Approved Global Documents already in place
  • Only the genuine gaps show as outstanding
  • No second licence for a Worker who holds one

Update It Once, Everywhere.

The electrician renews their licence. Upload it once, it is approved once, and every Client the Worker is shared with sees the new expiry. The old version stays in the history. Nobody has to remember which four accounts the old certificate is sitting in.

  • One upload, one approval, one status
  • Expiry turns everywhere on the same day
  • Superseded documents kept in the history

Questions

Questions About Sharing Workers.

What does it cost a contractor to register?

Nothing. Registering the company, adding Workers, and holding their documents is free. A Worker licence is AU$35 a year* for each Worker put on a Client’s site, and that licence is valid with every Client on ComplyFlow.

What actually moves when I share a Worker?

The Worker’s profile and their approved Global Documents, with their expiry dates and their status. What does not move is anything Client-specific: local documents stay local, and a site induction stays with the site it belongs to.

Can a Client see my Workers before they have engaged me?

No. A Worker reaches a Client only when an admin has assigned them and that Client has requested the kind of document the Worker holds. There is no directory of contractors or Workers to browse.

What happens when a ticket is renewed?

Upload it once. It is approved once, and every Client the Worker is shared with sees the new expiry date. The superseded version stays in the history, so the record still shows what was held at any date you are asked about.

Do I pay again for a Worker shared with a second Client?

No. One licence per Worker covers every Client on ComplyFlow they are assigned to. That is the point of the licensing model, and it is why contractors keep their records current rather than treating compliance as a per-Client tax.

What if the new Client asks for something the Worker does not hold?

It shows as outstanding on the requirements dashboard for that Client, with the request on the Worker’s side. Only the genuine gap is surfaced; everything already approved is left alone.
