For Inspectors & Auditors

You Find It. The Record Makes Sure It Gets Closed.

You inspect plant, test and tag, check fire and building safety, and audit safety systems for your clients. ComplyFlow turns every failed item into an action with an owner and a date, and keeps your report on the asset’s record.

A plant inspector in two-tone hi-vis photographs the data plate of a forklift in a warehouse while the site’s maintenance supervisor holds a tablet beside him ISO 27001 since 2019. Hosted on AWS in Australia. Inspections on a phone, offline.

How It Works on the Day

From the Checklist to the Close-Out.

Three places your work shows: the inspection on the phone, the action that follows it, and the report your client receives.

The Checklist on a Phone, Offline.

Your checklist, with instructions and photos, filled in on site even where there is no signal. Pre-starts run against a plant item with a link for the operator.

  • Photos on each item
  • Works offline
  • Pre-starts against a plant item

A Cross Raises an Action.

A failed item raises an action with an owner and a due date, and it stays open until somebody closes it with the evidence. Your finding does not wait in an inbox.

  • Owner and due date on every action
  • Closed with evidence
  • Overdue flagged on the dashboard

The Report Sends Itself.

When the phone syncs, the PDF report goes to the people who need it. Inspectors with their own software can add inspections to the record through the API.

  • PDF report on sync
  • Inspections added through the API
  • Scheduled inspections readable

How to Start

From First Call to Your First Client on the Record.

Every step is with a person on the ComplyFlow team, and nothing reaches a client until both of us have agreed it.

  1. 1 A 20-minute call

What you inspect or audit, for whom, and where your reports go once you have left site.

  2. 2 We map the fit

Which of your clients already run ComplyFlow, and how your checklists and reports would sit on their record.

  3. 3 Agreed in writing

What each side does, and how we work together, before anything goes to a client.

  4. 4 Your first inspection on it

Your checklist set up as a template, run on site, and the actions followed through to close-out.

Questions

Questions Inspectors and Auditors Ask First.

Can we use our own checklists?

Yes. Templates are built from categories and checklist items with instructions, in the browser or uploaded from a CSV, as the inspections page sets out.

We already use our own inspection software.

Then the API is the join. Inspections can be added to the client’s record and scheduled inspections read back, through the endpoints in the API documentation.

Does the audit stay independent?

Yes. ComplyFlow holds the evidence and the actions; the finding and the judgement stay yours. Nothing here asks an auditor to recommend a product to the organisation it audits.

What happens to an action after we leave site?

It stays open, with its owner and due date, until somebody closes it with the evidence, and overdue shows on the client’s dashboard. The next inspection starts from that history.

Where is the data hosted?

Data is hosted on AWS in Australia. ComplyFlow has held ISO 27001 since 2019, and the security page sets out the rest.
