For Training Providers

You Train the Worker. The Gate Knows They Passed.

You deliver the tickets, inductions, and safety courses Workers need before they reach site. ComplyFlow puts each completion on the Worker’s record, so the client’s gate reads it at the scan.

A trainer at a registered training organisation walks a small group of trainees through a harness and lanyard check in a training yard beside a scissor lift ISO 27001 since 2019. Hosted on AWS in Australia. SCORM courses run as they are.

How It Works for Your Learners

From the Classroom to the Gate.

Three places your training shows: the course, the competency on the record, and the matrix the client checks.

The Course, Assigned Before They Arrive.

A course is assigned to everyone in a Worker category or at a site, now and later, and done on a phone before the first shift. SCORM courses you already have run as they are.

  • Assigned by category or site
  • Done on a phone before the first shift
  • SCORM with a valid manifest

The Completion Lands on the Record.

The record lands on the Worker’s profile. Where your own learning system holds the completion, the API updates the competency, so nobody types a certificate in twice.

  • Completion on the Worker’s profile
  • Competency updated through the API
  • Training history readable, online and offline

The Client Sees Who Is Trained.

The client’s matrix shows which Workers hold which competencies and which are about to lapse, so the next course is booked before the ticket runs out.

  • Competencies by Worker
  • Expiries ahead of time
  • One record across every site

How to Start

From First Call to Completions on the Record.

Every step is with a person on the ComplyFlow team, and nothing reaches a client until both of us have agreed it.

  1. 1 A 20-minute call

The courses you deliver, the industries your learners work in, and where completions are held today.

  2. 2 We map the join

SCORM in ComplyFlow, or completions from your learning system through the API.

  3. 3 Agreed in writing

What each side does, and how we work together, before anything goes to a client.

  4. 4 Your first course on the record

A client you both serve, a course assigned, and the completion read at the gate.

Tell Us About Your Courses.

A short form, read by a person on the team setting the partner program up. Say what you teach, who your learners work for, and how completions are recorded today.

  • Whether SCORM or the API fits your courses
  • Which of your learners’ clients already run ComplyFlow
  • Who on our team you would work with

Questions

Questions Training Providers Ask First.

Do our courses have to be rebuilt?

No. Existing SCORM courses run as they are, with a valid manifest, as the training and induction page sets out.

Our completions live in our own learning system.

Then the API carries them. A completion updates the Worker’s competency in ComplyFlow, as Update Competency (Online Training) describes, with the rest in the API documentation.

Is there a native connector to our LMS?

Not today. None is listed on the integrations page, so completions come through the API and we will not call that a connector.

Who owns the learner’s record?

The Worker’s record stays with the Worker and the clients they work for. Your course and your certificate stay yours.

Where is the data hosted?

Data is hosted on AWS in Australia. ComplyFlow has held ISO 27001 since 2019, and the security page sets out the rest.
