Contractor Compliance That Stays Current After Approval.
Approval happens once. Insurances, licences, and inductions expire all year. ComplyFlow holds every company and Worker to your standard, reminds them before anything lapses, and keeps the proof of who checked what.

Cleared, not cleared, or pending review, for every company and Worker
What Contractor Compliance Software Does.
Contractor compliance software keeps the evidence that each contractor company, and each Worker it sends, meets your requirements: ABN, insurances, licences, tickets, inductions, and safety documents. It collects them, routes them to a reviewer, tracks every expiry date, and shows the status wherever a decision is made, including at sign-in.
The Compliance Cycle
Compliance Is a Cycle, Not a Folder.
Six stages, round and round. Pick one to see what is digitised, what runs itself, and what the AI does.
Your people still decide: the review is a guide for the approver, not the approval.

How It Works
Every Check on One Record, From Invite to Audit.
Hold Every Company to Your Standard.
Invite a supplier by category and site; they register by ABN and answer your prequalification form. Each section goes to its own reviewer, and the company reads cleared only when every section and document is approved.

Every Worker Measured Against the Work They Will Do.
Worker categories list the licences, tickets, and training each type of Worker must hold, and sites add their own. One profile serves every Client on ComplyFlow, so a Worker uploads once.

The Status Follows Them to Sign-In.
A supervisor scans the QR code on an access card with any phone and sees a green tick or a red cross, with the documents behind it. Where a site is set up that way, a Worker who is not cleared is stopped rather than only flagged.
Who approved which document, when, and against which dates, with rejections and their reasons kept. Filter every document by site, company, status, and expiry window, and export it to CSV.
Questions People Ask About Contractor Compliance Software.
What is contractor compliance software?
Software that keeps the evidence that every contractor company, and every Worker it sends, meets your requirements, and still meets them after approval. It collects insurances, licences, tickets, inductions, and safety documents, routes each to a reviewer, tracks every expiry date, and shows the status where a decision is made, such as at sign-in.
How is contractor compliance different from contractor management?
Contractor management covers the whole lifecycle: prequalification, inductions, sign-in, permits, inspections, and incidents. Contractor compliance is the part that proves each company and Worker meets your requirements, on the day of the work and not only on the day of approval. ComplyFlow is contractor management software, and compliance runs on the same record as everything else.
What should contractor compliance software track for each contractor?
Three layers. For the company: its ABN, any trade licence the work needs, and its public liability and workers’ compensation certificates of currency. For each Worker: their licences, tickets, and inductions, matched to the work they will do. For the job: a SWMS where it is high-risk construction work. Each item needs an expiry date and a status, or the software is only a filing cabinet. Subcontractor documents and insurance requirements goes through each one.
Who reviews the documents, us or ComplyFlow?
Most documents are reviewed by ComplyFlow’s own team, so your people are not reading every certificate that arrives. Any document type your organisation chooses to review itself lands on your dashboard, with the approver you name for its risk level. Either way the reviewer checks the dates the contractor entered before approving, and where you have set AI review up on that document, its reasons sit beside it. How documents are approved is in the Help Centre.
Does contractor compliance software check a certificate with the insurer?
Reading a certificate and confirming it with the insurer are two different checks. The review in ComplyFlow reads what each document says, against the requirement it was uploaded for, and checks its dates. To confirm a licence at source, look it up with the regulator that issued it, through its online licence check where it has one. For insurance, check the certificate of currency names the same legal entity and ABN and covers the work, and ask the insurer or broker where you need certainty.
Does a contractor stay cleared after their insurance or licence expires?
No. A reminder goes to the contractor before the expiry date, and the request reappears on their dashboard. On the date itself the status turns to not cleared, so the next QR scan shows a red cross. Where a site is set up that way, sign-in is stopped rather than only flagged. Renew it, get it approved, and the status turns back.
What does a Worker licence cost?
AU$35 a year* per Worker, and one licence is valid with every Client the Worker works for. The standard company prequalification is AU$100 a year, where a Client asks for one.
Where are contractor documents stored, and who can see them?
Compliance fails in the gaps between systems. We don’t have any.
Book a 30-minute demo. We will set up one of your contractor categories and follow one Worker from upload to the sign-in scan. No slides, no hard sell.
