Roof,2. Anchor point tag is legible and its inspection date has not passed,Read the tag at each anchor point. Pass if it can be read and the date is in the future. Fail if it is missing or past its date. Take a photo on a fail.
Roof,3. Air-conditioning unit panels are fitted and fastened,Look at each unit on this roof. Pass if every panel is in place and fastened. Fail if any panel is off or loose.
Plant room,4. Floor around the plant is clear and dry,Walk the room. Pass if there is no stored material and no standing water. Fail if either is present. Take a photo on a fail.
Plant room,5. Condensate tray is empty and drains freely,Look in the tray under each unit. Pass if it is not overflowing and is draining. Fail if it is full or blocked.
Warehouse aisle,6. No visible impact damage to the base uprights in this aisle,Look at the base of every upright in the aisle. Pass if there is no dent or bend you can see. Fail on any visible impact damage and take a photo. Not applicable only if the aisle has no racking.
Warehouse aisle,7. Beam locks fitted on every loaded level in this aisle,Check each loaded beam. Pass if every beam has its lock fitted. Fail if any is missing. Take a photo on a fail.
Fire doors,8. Fire door closes fully and latches without being pushed,Open the door about halfway and let it go. Pass if it closes and latches by itself. Fail if it stops short or does not latch.
